Notre-Dame Basilica...a place of amazing beauty
Give your group the opportunity for a truly exceptional experience by organizing a day excursion to Montreal’s Notre-Dame Basilica. To arrange your visit, simply call and reserve a guide and tour leaflets in English or French. Copies of the leaflets in Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese are also available. The magic of Notre-Dame also continues in the evening with presentation of our show : “And Then There Was Light”.

We do tour on the hour and half hour
Monday to Friday: 9am to 4:30pm ( last tour)
*Saturday: 9am to 3:30pm
Sunday: 1pm to 3:30pm
* We often close earlier on Saturdays when we have weddings, particularly from May to October

The Grand Tour of Notre-Dame Basilica
Join a 60 minutes guided tour that will take you in very private areas of the Basilica as the galleries and the baptistery.

Capacity: Minimum 10. Up to 25.

Trade : organist
Pierre Grandmaison has worked as an organist at Notre-Dame since 1973. An accomplished artist, he has given concerts both in Europe and the United States. He has, among other things, played at Notre-Dame de Paris three times. Also, as a composer, he wrote and played a solemn mass for Montréal’s 350th anniversary in 1992 and, more recently in 2005, an oratorio for the 100th anniversary of the St-Joseph Oratory. Come meet Mr. Grandmaison to discuss his trade, training, daily routine, creative process and, of course, his work tool: the organ.
