Notre-Dame
Basilica is known for its exceptional acoustics. Many artists have performed
under its vault, including the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and Luciano
Pavarotti.
Throughout
the year, several celebrations in the liturgical calendar are accompanied by the organ and often by hymns and
activities.
In summer,
the grand organs of the Basilica come to life! Talented
organists from all over are invited to perform great classical music or
personal compositions during the festival.
