The Basilica welcomes you every day. Let us celebrate and live our faith together.
Doors open 30 minutes before each service. Masses are celebrated in French only. We do not take any reservations for Mass.
For remembrance, prayer and meditation, the Basilica displays the Blessed Sacrament.

Mass Intentions and Sanctuary Lamp
Did you know that you can request that a Mass be celebrated for someone dear to you? You can also request for the sanctuary lamp to be lit. This large lantern will be lit for 7 days for the intention of the person who requests it. Please click on the link to fill in the online request form.
Light a Votive Candle Thanks to Gabriel
NO NEED TO COMMUTE
Would you love to make a prayer and light a votive candle for a loved one, but can't come to the Basilica in person? It's possible to do so from your smartphone with the Gabriel app by Vendalite. Light a candle remotely by selecting the Notre-Dame de Montréal Basilica. Ah, the marvel of technology!
